WORKSHOP BOOKINGS


Full payment for workshops is required at the time of booking to secure a place, you can pay online. If you are unhappy using payment via our website, please get in touch for alternative payment options available. As long as there are places left, workshop bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the workshop commencing. Please attend on time to all workshops. A certain amount of time is allocated to each session and therefore we will always start at the time advertised. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late it may not be possible for you to participate in the workshop as the tutor would have to go over the same material again which is unfair to the other workshop participants.

 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS BY YOU


Unfortunately all our workshop and class bookings are non-refundable. If circumstances change, something pops up and you can no longer make a workshop or course please CONTACT US with at least 14 days notice before the first day of the class.

 

We try our best to price our workshops as fairly as possible and offer good value for money. We therefore have to have a clear cancellation policy to ensure that we cover our costs and the ongoing viability of the workshop. Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. This is to be fair to all of our customers and to allow us to keep our class sizes small with lots of personal attention.

We urge you to carefully check your diary to ensure that you are available to attend any workshops you are booking with us. 

 

If you give more than 14 days notice to cancel a place on a workshop your options are as follows:

  • We will be happy to transfer you to another workshop, space permitting.
  • If there are no suitable future dates for you to transfer to, we can provide a voucher code to be used which can be used to book onto another class. This voucher code will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 

If you give less than 14 days notice to cancel a place on a workshop then your options are as follows:

  • If you would like a transfer, we can only transfer you to a future workshop if your place is re-sold.

 

As a courtesy, we will place your cancelled booking back  up on our website. We will also put the word out to our mailing list, facebook and instagram. We will do our best to fill the place within this time. Please be aware that in our experience it can be difficult to fill places on workshops at short notice.

 

Of course, if you’re unable to attend, we are happy for you to send a friend in your place at any time, you must let us know their name, phone number and email address in advance of the workshop. 

 

MULTIPLE WORKSHOP COURSE SESSIONS


Some of our workshop classes take place over several sessions as a course. If you miss a session unfortunately we can not offer a make up session. If you require further tuition to complete your project you may be able to book 1:1 lessons depending on the project and tuition required.

 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS BY US


In the unlikely event we have to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances or if we are unable to meet the minimum number of participants needed to run the workshop, we will endeavour to give  you as much notice as possible. We will happily give you a full refund the full booking fee or transfer your booking to another workshop of the same price, space permitting. We cannot be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by us.
